I installed windows 10 and my hp printers will not connect i tried to download driver up dates issued on august 5-2015 and it would still not connect we uninstalled the old installer and installed the new version four times and it still would not connect any ideas of what to do thanks. I deleted the printer from printer and devices and installed the new printer but it will not install the software. i looked in uninstall programs and it says hp utility center, hp support assistance,and hp support solutions framework.. Hp is to blame for the fact that people using windows 10 can not install drivers! the drivers upgrade refuses to install and gives error message that hp has not digitally signed the certificate so windows reads it as incompatible and refuses to install blocks it says say no to incompatible install if people say yes install anyways it refuses on.
